To be eligible for legal services you MUST live in Alameda County.
All Alameda County Housing Secure partners have income limitations for free legal services. We also have limited staffing and are not able to guarantee assistance or representation to every tenant who is income eligible and completes an intake. However, if we aren’t able to take your case, we will provide self-help and Know Your Rights materials and/or referrals to private attorneys that charge for their services. You will need to negotiate the cost.
