EOV Monitor Accreditation Interest Form

If you are interested in becoming accredited as an EOV Monitor and/or EOV Verifier, please fill out the form below so the Savory team may assist you in that process. Most importantly, you will need to complete in-person EOV Monitor training, so we will help find an option that works for your needs.

Please note that EOV courses are taught through Savory Hubs, not directly by the Savory Institute, so you may wish to find a Savory Hub near you and reach out about future offerings. The Savory Institute maintains the accreditation process, so even if you reach out to a Hub you will still need to complete this form.
