The Matan Institute is a one-of-a-kind opportunity in disability inclusion training tailored to the specific needs of director-level Jewish educators. Complete with in-person workshops, webinars, 1:1 mentoring and a final Inclusion Impact Project, The Matan Institute supports Jewish communities in their quest to include all learners in the fabric of Jewish life.

As a Matan Institute participant, you will receive:

• 30+ hours of inclusion training
• 7 hours of 1:1 mentoring
• 3 hours of group mentoring
• Up to a 3 hour on-site program observation/consultation

As a Matan Institute participant, you agree to:

• Attend all training days (all EST): 
  In Person, New York City: January 21, 2024 (3-7pm), January 22, 2024 (8:30-3:00), January 23, 2024 (8:30-3:00)   
  Virtual: April 19, 2024 (11:30-2:30) 
  Virtual: September 17, 2024 (11:30-2:30)
  In Person, New York City: December 8, 2024 (3-7pm), December 9, 2024 (8:30-3:00), December 10, 2024 (8:30-3:00)
• Engage in 3 Matan Institute Inclusion Boosts (webinars), Mondays, 1:00-2:00 EST
• Present an Inclusion Impact Project during the last days of The Matan Institute.
  

The Matan Institute fee is: $1,800 for one Director and $1,200 for a 2nd Director from the same organization (i.e. an Education and Youth Director both join this Institute cohort).
