In 2026, we are celebrating 20 years of Mentoring in Medicine & Science (MIMS), and we would love your feedback on the impact MIMS has had on your educational and career journey.

This short survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will help MIMS:

Quantify and share our impact with supporters and funders
Strengthen and improve our programs
Better serve the needs of alumni like you
