Think youth need to learn about money management? Great! We need your help. With your support Blaze Credit Union and Step up will provide a hands-on, engaging financial training event that provides information and education about managing personal finances in a real world simulation. We are seeking volunteers to operate stations that simulate what’s it’s like to manage money “in the real world”. You will run a station that will try and “upsell” youth on things like housing, clothing, cars, etc. You will also have a chance to coach youth who are trying to figure out how to balance wants and needs on a budget. Snacks and water will be provided.
