Authorized Users have:
- Full Access to financials and activities
- The project leader will automatically be assigned this role
Non-Finance Users have:
- Access to complete certain activities (for themselves and behalf of others) no access to financials
Limited Users have:
- Access to individual activities
- Can only submit and view their own employee expense reports
- Can only enter purchase order/vendor contracts
No Access Users:
- Cannot login to NetSuite
- Will be available for re-imbursement in NetSuite
