Authorized Users have:
  • Full Access to financials and activities
  • The project leader will automatically be assigned this role
Non-Finance Users have:
  • Access to complete certain activities (for themselves and behalf of others) no access to financials
Limited Users have:
  • Access to individual activities
  • Can only submit and view their own employee expense reports
  • Can only enter purchase order/vendor contracts
No Access Users:
  • Cannot login to NetSuite
  • Will be available for re-imbursement in NetSuite
