Thank you for your interest in the Jack Petchey Foundation Count on Us Secondary Maths Challenge 2023-24.

Once you have completed this form you will be emailed the Service Level Agreement (SLA) which you should sign and return to COU@mayorsfundforlondon.org.uk to confirm your participation in this year's Challenge.

Only then will you be issued an invoice for the participation fee plus provided with your school resource kit, the password to access the online resources and details of teacher training. In the meantime check out our YouTube playlist for tutorial videos of the Count On Us games here.
