Project Description and Impact: Provide a description of the project, with the focus on the potential of the investment to advance desired outcome(s). In responding, please be sure to answer the following questions:

Existing state (1-2 pages):

How do you know your current credentials are of value to your students?
How many students are the current credentials of value reaching? What do you know about the students in the program (e.g., number of students served, demographics of students, information on why are they choosing to participate in the program)? What do you know about students when they complete the credential (e.g., what they do next)?
Do you have an employer or post-secondary training/college partner? What is the nature of that relationship?
What are some of the barriers to scale (operational, cultural, etc.)?

Future state (1-2 pages):

What is your vision for the ideal future state for this work (recognizing that this vision would likely extend beyond the grant period)?
What data on your programming do you wish you had?
What barrier(s) to scale are you planning to address with the grant dollars?
What are you planning to do during the grant period? Describe the project activities and milestones.
How will you know you are successful? What metrics will you use to monitor impact?

Leadership: (1-2 paragraphs per leader)

Provide names of key leaders of the project (ie: who would participate in the learning and lead the project execution), including brief bios that describe how they are positioned to lead this work.
Provide the name(s) of system leaders supporting this project and the role they will provide during the grant period (note that at least one system leader is required to participate in the community of practice, including attending convenings)
