Peer Mentoring - Alumni Sign Up Form

Please see information and FAQs about the Peer Mentoring Scheme at thinkahead.org/alumni before applying to be a Peer Mentor. The answers to these questions will be used to aid in matching you to a participants with shared experience, interest and preferences as well as evaluating this pilot.

Closing date is 25 August 2023 and you MUST be available to attend the online training on 12 September 9am-12 noon to become a Peer Mentor.
