Welcome to Stockton Scholars Program Application! This application is only open to graduating seniors from Stockton and current San Joaquin Delta College and University of the Pacific students that graduated from a public High School in the City of Stockton! Already a member of the Stockton Scholars program? DO NOT submit another application.




Ineligible to Apply - Based on your answers for eligibility, you are ineligible to apply for Stockton Scholars program. If you believe this is a mistake, please review your answers to the previous section to ensure that they are correct or contact help@stocktonscholars.org.
Based on your answers to the eligibility questions, you are eligible to apply for our program! Please complete the entire application by March 2, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST. Late applications will not be accepted. By continuing and submitting this application you understand that Stockton Scholars holds the right to deny applications that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Completion of the FAFSA or Dream Act application is required in order to claim the scholarship portion of the Stockton Scholars Program. Students must complete the application by the Cal Grant priority deadline. 

Students who do not submit proof by the FAFSA or Dream Act application at the time of claiming the scholaship will not be awarded a scholarship.

FERPA/Document and Information Release

The Federal Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. These rights include: The right to inspect and review the Student's Education Records within 45 days of the day the Foundation receives a request for access; The right to request the amendment of the Student’s Education Records that the Student believes are inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise in violation of the Student’s privacy rights under FERPA; The right to provide written consent before the Foundation discloses personally identifiable information from the Student's Education Records, except to the extent that FERPA authorizes disclosure without consent; The right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education concerning alleged failures by The Reinvent Stockton Foundation to comply with the requirements of FERPA.

Consent Release for Release of Documents and Information to the Reinvent Stockton Foundation/Stockton Scholars


In signing below, I agree that I am providing my informed written consent to disclose to the Foundation information and documents in the possession, custody or control of the school district in which I am enrolled containing personally identifiable information about the me or my Parents, including the following: Student SSI; Student cumulative GPA for High School; Student demographic information, including ethnicity, English language learner status, foster youth status; A-G eligibility; SUSD ID number - to verify student entry.


Further, by signing below, I agree that I am providing the Reinvent Stockton Foundation/Stockton Scholars with informed written consent to disclose information in its custody or control about the me to the school district in which the student is enrolled, or to the college or university in which I am is enrolled, or to the college or university to which I was admitted, including my name, for the purposes of providing the school district in which I am enrolled with a list of students who have completed the Stockton Scholars application, and a list of students who have begun the Stockton Scholars application but have not yet completed it. I request that the documents and information released be used solely to participate in the Stockton Scholars scholarship program.


I understand that I have the right to revoke this authorization in writing. Written revocation is effective upon receipt, but will not apply to information provided prior to written revocation. I understand I have a right to receive a copy of this authorization upon request.

Photography/Video Release Form


By completing and signing the Stockton Scholars program application it means that you understand and agree to the Photography/Video Release Form.



An Electronic Parent Signature is required for students under 18 years of age.


Scholarship Requirements

Please review and acknowledge the following Stockton Scholars Program Requirements







Documents Needed:

1. You MUST upload a COMPLETE PDF COPY (ALL PAGES) of your Summery Report (Formerly: Student Aid Report (SAR)) from FAFSA/CADA.

2. You MUST upload a document showing Full Time (12+ Units) of enrollment for Fall 2024 semester/quarter to an eligible institution.

3.You MUST upload a picture of an identification card: State or Federal ID Cards, and Student ID cards (High School/College) are acceptable.

4. You MUST upload a copy of your official or unofficial High School transcripts.

5. You MUST register and attend the Program Orientation. 

6. You MUST register and attend the Summer Summit Event.

Those admitted into the program will be asked to upload the documents at a later time.
