Thank you for your interest in the Conflicts of Interest Certificate Program! The iCenter is thrilled to be offering this course – at no charge to you – with thanks to the generous support of our funders.
Conflicts of Interest engages educators like you in open dialogue, critical thinking, perspective-taking, and cooperative learning. We will use an inquiry- and deliberation-based pedagogy to allow for representation of diverse ideas, viewpoints, and narratives on a range of issues. In this way, you will gain knowledge and skills necessary to reflect on and develop educational practices to discuss difficult issues arising in Israel and beyond. This cohort will meet on the below dates. All three virtual sessions will take place from 12-1:30pm CT.

Virtual Session 1: October 24, 2023

Virtual Session 2: October 31, 2023

In-person Experience: November 5-7, 2023 in Chicago, IL*

Virtual Session 3: November 13, 2023

*Participants will arrive in Chicago by Sunday evening to our hotel. Programming will formally begin with breakfast on Monday morning.

Please note at this time, the Certificate Program is available only to applicants based in North America.
