This order form prompts GiveSmart to place an order for a
Magtek iDynamo 5 Gen II credit card swiper on your behalf. This model is the ONLY credit card reader that is compatible for use with GiveSmart Events and GiveSmart Fundraise. Only swipers sourced through CardConnect are uniquely coded and securely encrypted to work with your CardConnect merchant account.
Please complete this order form with the complete and accurate information requested. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause a delay in order placement.
GiveSmart does not sell or ship swipers and is not involved in order processing or carrier services. Orders are unable to be changed or cancelled once placed with CardConnect.

Magtek iDynamo 5 Gen II swipers are only compatible with Apple iOS devices (iPhones and iPads)
equipped with a Lightning port
(featured in swiper image below). Adapters that convert another type of port (such as USB-C) to Lightning are not supported.
In order to utilize these swipers, you will need to download the GiveSmart mobile application onto the Apple iOS device. Click

. GiveSmart does not maintain this list and all customers are responsible for their own due diligence.
The devices we intend to use are compatible with the swipers we are purchasing.
Pricing & Payment
Cost of $155.00 per swiper
All purchases are non-refundable.
Swipers are eligible for replacement if determined to be defective by CardConnect
only within 30 days of receipt
State and/or local sales tax will apply based on the delivery address, with no exceptions. The total amount due will be debited through your organization's GiveSmart merchant account at the end of the month following the month the swipers are ordered in.
Customer is responsible for fully testing swipers upon receipt prior to their event. This entails successfully swiping a credit card, not just plugging it in. If you experience a problem with a swiper, reach out to your GiveSmart Customer Success Manager immediately for assistance with the specific details of your issue and any troubleshooting you have attempted.
Credit card swipers should be purchased as far in advance of intended usage as possible to ensure you account for shipping time and any carrier delays, as well as give your organization a chance to familiarize themselves and troubleshoot any issue(s) before the date of intended use. We typically recommend no later than 4 weeks prior to usage. Customer assumes all risk for orders placed later than our recommended timeframe. Reach out to your GiveSmart Customer Success Manager in advance to inquire about any expedited shipping options available.
Note that swiper orders are placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order has been placed. (
EX. An order received on Friday will not be submitted until Monday)
No guarantees are made regarding order processing time or arrival dates.
You will receive an email notification with the tracking information when your package has shipped. All orders are shipped via FedEx. Residential deliveries will be dropped off while business deliveries will be delivered during standard business hours and may require a signature. Customer is responsible for having a staff member present to receive the package, as it may be returned after multiple delivery attempts. Customer assumes responsibility for any additional costs incurred due to an undeliverable address.
