This order form prompts GiveSmart to place an order for a Fiserv-enabled Clover Go 3 - CardPointe Integrated payment device on your behalf. This model and the previous Magtek iDynamo 5 Gen II are the only two payment devices that are compatible for use with GiveSmart Events and Fundraise. Clover Go payment devices sourced through Fiserv are uniquely coded and securely encrypted to work with your Fiserv merchant account. (Fiserv is formerly known as CardConnect.)

Please complete this order form with the complete and accurate information requested. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause a delay in order placement. GiveSmart does not sell or ship payment devices and is not involved in order processing or carrier services. Orders are unable to be changed or cancelled once placed with Fiserv.

Device Compatibility

Clover Go 3 - CardPointe Integrated payment devices are only compatible with Apple iOS devices (iPhones and iPads).

Can I use a Clover Go payment device that I have already or purchase them from another vendor?
No, the Clover Go payment devices must be purchased through this order form. These devices come from the manufacturer direct to Fiserv, then direct to you, the customer. The Fiserv security encryption cannot be done anywhere outside of Fiserv and their encryption is needed in order for it to work with the Fiserv gateway, where your organizations GiveSmart merchant account (MID) lives.

Apple devices must be updated to a minimum of iOS 15 for the GiveSmart App to work with a Clover Go payment device. You can view a list of currently supported Apple iOS 15 devices here and iPad OS 15 devices hereGiveSmart does not maintain this list and all customers are responsible for their own due diligence. 

Pricing & Payment

Cost of $99.00 per Clover Go Payment Device
All purchases are non-refundable. Clover Go payment devices are eligible for replacement if determined to be defective by Fiserv only within 30 days of receipt.

State and/or local sales tax will apply based on the delivery address, with no exceptions. The total amount due will be debited through the merchant account you established with GiveSmart within 1-2 billing statements.

Customer is responsible for fully testing payment devices upon receipt prior to their event. This entails successfully connecting Clover Go payment devices to an iOS device and successfully capturing a credit card with the payment device via chip insert or tap. If you experience a problem with a payment device reach out to your GiveSmart Customer Success Manager immediately for assistance with the specific details of your issue and any troubleshooting, you have attempted.

Delivery

Clover Go payment devices should be purchased as far in advance of intended usage as possible to ensure you account for shipping time and any carrier delays, as well as give your organization a chance to familiarize themselves and troubleshoot any issue(s) before the date of intended use. We recommend no later than 4 weeks prior to usage. Customer assumes all risk for orders placed later than our recommended timeframe.

Note that Clover Go payment device orders are placed Monday through Thursday (no orders will be placed on holidays) and will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order has been placed. (Example: An order received on Friday will not be submitted until Monday.) No guarantees are made regarding order processing time or arrival dates. Expedited shipping is available for processing and delivery closer to 3-5 days after order placement. Expedited shipping fees vary by location and is estimated to be around $15 to $30 per order (larger orders and remote locations may be more).

You will receive an email notification with the tracking information when your package has shipped. All orders are shipped via FedEx. Residential deliveries will be dropped off while business deliveries will be delivered during standard business hours and may require a signature. Customer is responsible for having a staff member present to receive the package, as it may be returned after multiple delivery attempts. Customer assumes responsibility for any additional costs incurred due to an undeliverable address.
