Email Information

Your personal email address works better, because …

  • your school server may block our emails to you
  • when you change schools, districts or employment status, you can still stay in touch with us

But, if you must use your school email address, perhaps you can give us an alternate email just in case.





PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering multiple people, each registrant must be on a separate form and have a UNIQUE email address. Using the  the same email for different registrations will override the previous registration and only the last person will be registered. If you wish to be included in confirmation emails, list your email as the alternate.

To receive a free registration for this Webinar series, you must be a 2024-25 member of SWCOLT or of one of its affiliated state organizations.

Terms and Conditions
MEMBERSHIP STATUS VERIFICATION: 
All Memberships will be verified before sending login information to the webinars. If you have a question about your membership status, please contact Angela Martínez at membership@clta.net

REFUND POLICY:
All requests for refunds must be by email to registrar@clta.net following these guidelines.  
  • If you are not satisfied with the experience you have after attending your first session, let the registrar know by email within five days after the first session and we will refund your money. Not available for individual date registration. 
  • If you decide you don't want to attend any of the sessions of the series, let the registrar know by email at least 48 hours before the beginning of the series/class. Refunds will not be considered if requested less that 48 hours before the start of the class.
  • Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
A $15 Administrative Fee will be assessed for ALL cancellations. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed.

PAYMENT:
Acceptable payment are Credit Cards, Checks, & Purchase Orders. Checks & Purchase Orders must be received at least 5 days before the beginning of the Webinar Series. Credit Cards are accepted one day before the start of the Webinar Series.

Photography/Videotaping Authorization:
By registering for the Webinar Series, participants agree to be photographed and/or videotaped/recorded by CLTA for the purpose of documenting the program's effectiveness and/or to promote the Webinar Series in the CLTA/SWCOLT Websites and social media outlets, unless they opt out in writing at exec-director@clta.net. Participants may not photograph or record sessions without prior permission.
