Temple Israel Summer Camp 2024 Registration

Welcome to Temple Israel's Summer Camp Registration. We are excited to offer camp to children ages 2.5-6 years old. This means our oldest campers will be entering first grade. On this form you will be able to register for each of the two-week sessions of summer camp. Gap week 1 and 10 are stand-alone weeks and can be signed up for separately.

Each week is $500 except week 1 and the first week of session 1 which are 4 days (Juneteenth 6/19 and July 4) and will cost $400.

There is an optional early drop-off 8:30-9:00 a.m. for an additional $50 per week which can be added at any time.

Please complete all registrations sections and click the "submit" button before closing the registration page. The system will not automatically save along the way.

To register a child listed, please select "Yes" for the "Register this Child" field. If you do not wish to register a child, leave the "Register this Child" field as "No." To add a child that is not currently listed - click the "Add Child" link.

Please verify the information for the primary household, including the names and contact information of each adult and their relationship to the student(s) registered above.

Please provide/confirm the preferred contact information for a parent or caregiver who will be called first in case of an emergency.
