EiE Storytelling Workshop: amplifying voices in crisis contexts
Are you a network teacher with displaced/refugee students?  Are you a network alumni working in the humanitarian sector?  Are you a network partner working in a country that's vulnerable to crises?

Are you interested in how to raise the profile of your/your org's work?  Are you looking for ways to centre the voices of those most impacted by crises?

This 2-part workshop will be run by Teach For All's Head of Strategic Communications, and will focus on how to elevate voices and stories from crisis-affected communities. You will also learn about different storytelling platforms (e.g. social media, LinkedIn, OpEds, blogs, videos), reflect on what stories and messages resonate with various audiences, and how to 'tap into' existing conversations around emergency education (e.g. World Refugee Day, etc)

This is a 2-part workshop, with call 1 taking place on April 9th and call 2 taking place on April 16th.   Before registering, please make sure you can attend both sessions.

During these 2 sessions you will practice ways to share personal and professional stories/anecdotes related to your work in 'education in emergencies'.  More details will be shared in the email and pre-work.

The suggested audience for this call is 'Network EiE practitioners' = partner staff in contexts where crises occur, Communications focal points, network alumni working in the humanitarian sector, fellows teaching in classrooms impacted by emergencies.

This 2-part workshop has two timezone options:

Call 1 - April 9th at 10:00am UTC or 5:00pm UTC (Spanish interpretation)
.
Call 2 - April 16th at 10:00am UTC or 5:00pm UTC
 (Spanish interpretation).
