Project Information




Project Description

The Project Description should be no more than five pages, single spaced, font size no smaller than 11;  the 5 page limit should include any figures and tables.   

  

  • Specific aims for this project (please list)
  • Scientific rationale/Previous Work (upon which this project will be based) 
  • Research Plan/Anticipated results 
  • Resources and Environment 
  • Innovation statement  
  • Patient impact statement – to be reviewed by patient/patient advocate reviewers as part of our process (Will accomplishing the specific aims advance our knowledge of MPN causes, prevention or cure? Is it clear from the narrative that the research has the potential to impact patients?)
  • Plans for Investigator Interaction if applicable 

Human and/or Animal Investigation Statement (description of any IRB approval/status required for this project) should be appended but is not part of the 5 page limit on Project Description. 


Include the affiliation of each project participant. Please contact us if more than 4 organizations are involved.
