Job Description
Position Summary:

The Annual Giving Manager is a key member of Washington Conservation Action’s fundraising team. We are looking for a creative individual that wants to manage a growing annual giving program. This position is responsible for implementing strategies for soliciting and stewarding the organization’s annual donors, including leading email and direct mail campaigns. The Annual Giving Manager is supervised by the Development Director. They will work closely with Washington Conservation Action’s communications team and manage the organization’s relationships with consultants and other vendors. This is a hybrid position, working in our downtown Seattle office two days a week. 


Compensation and Salary: 

This is a full time, exempt position with a salary range of $62,000 to $65,500 depending on experience. We also offer a generous benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401k plan and organizational match of up to 3% of your annual salary, a flexible spending account, paid vacation and sick leave, twelve paid holidays per year, an unlimited ORCA transit pass, professional development and if you work for seven consecutive years you are eligible for a two-month paid sabbatical.
