Washington Autism Alliance's (WAA) Special Education Legal Clinic online registration form is the first step to determine whether you are eligible for a free legal consultation.
The purpose of the Special Education Legal Clinic is to provide a
30-minute consultation (for those who qualify) with a special education
attorney. The clinic offers free, limited legal advice and referrals
for special education issues. The clinic is not meant to be a
comprehensive consultation. If you need a more in-depth meeting, please
contact WAA for a full intake screening.
What happens after you apply?
- If your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the date, time, and meeting link for your scheduled legal clinic appointment.
- We may contact you to request proof of income documentation. If you do not reply with the income information requested, we reserve the right to cancel your legal clinic appointment.
- If you are not eligible for the legal clinic, you will be provided with information on how to contact our intake department for further assistance.
- You will be added to WAA's newsletter distribution list to start receiving our latest news and event information. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Confidentiality: The information you send us is kept private and confidential and is only used to determine eligibility for legal services.
