A brief description of the research project and its results as represented by the manuscript

An outline of the contents of the manuscript

Names and addresses of scholars who have reviewed the manuscript and of others the applicant considers qualified to do so or readers' reports if available

A letter containing the following information: full name, title, address, telephone number, and email address of publisher's representative; full name, address(es), telephone number(s), and email addresses of each author; academic title and affiliation, if applicable; alternate addresses and telephone numbers for vacation periods, if longer than three weeks; advanced degrees held by author(s), dates of degrees, and institutions that granted them; titles of prior publications (books, articles, reviews); citations or reviews authors have received for their work; other scholarly achievements, awards, or projects.
