Hello Cupertino Waitlist Applicant!

Thank you for your interest in the City of Cupertino Below Market Rate ownership program. To apply for the waitlist, we have created this online form which allows each household to submit their application as verification of eligibility for the upcoming lottery. Each household can only submit one application so please be sure you are submitting accurate information, which will be verified if you are invited to complete a full application.If you have a reasonable

accommodation request, we are here to assist you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at cupertino@risehousing.com.

All waitlist applications must be received by October 31st. Waitlist applications will not be accepted in person, with no exceptions.

Once you have submitted the application, you should receive an email with your eligibility status and information about next steps. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of submitting your pre-application or if you find any incorrect information with regard to your submittal, please contact Rise Housing immediately.
