New York City Bridge Funding for the Arts

This form serves as an application to New York City Bridge Funding for the Arts ("NYCBFA"), a joint-venture of SeaChange Capital Partners and the Alliance of Resident Theatres ("A.R.T./NY").

Although we hope to be able to act more quickly, for planning purposes please allow four weeks from the submission of your application to your potential receipt of funds given the large volume of applications.

Please also note that loans are subject to the approval by the credit committees of both SeaChange and A.R.T./NY. In addition, NYCBFA is fixed pool of funding which may be fully utilized at certain times, which limits our ability to consider additional loans.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) with an associated Employer Identification Number (EIN).We are an organizational member in good standing of A.R.T./NY.We are seeking a loan of less than $50,000.We will be able to repay the loan within 12 months.We are prepared to pay interest 5-7% interest rate & a closing fee of 1%.We have specific uses for the loan (e.g., fund an AEA bond, expenses for a particular production, a deposit, etc.)We have specifically identified sources of repayment (e.g., a particular grant or contract, the repayment of an AEA bond, etc.)
