2024 CrossRoad Alumni Retreat Registration Form

Welcome to the retreat registration form! Please complete this page to register.

Please plan to arrive at HCHC by 4 PM ET on Friday, March 1st and to depart the campus no earlier than 2 PM ET on Sunday, March 3rd.

There will be separate lodging accommodations for Track A and Track B at our retreat facility. While we will all stay at one retreat center, share meals together, and hear the same speakers, Track A alumni will stay in dorm-style rooms and Track B alumni will stay in suite-style rooms. Additionally, alumni will have both age-specific AND non-age-specific breakout group opportunities. Spouses and children are welcome!

Track A = Alumni between the ages of 17–22
Track B = Alumni ages 23 and up

Lodging information and registration fee indicated once you select your track below:

TRACK A (Alumni between the ages of 17–22)
Dorm-style rooms with twin beds and a sink. Shared bathroom.

Registration Fee for Track A: $80.00

If you have a preference for who you share your dorm with, please list their name here:

TRACK B (Alumni ages 23 and up)
Suite-style rooms (private bathroom, king/queen/full size beds available). 

There are three lodging options for Track B alumni:

Option 1: Register for a suite by yourself for $115.00 for the weekend

Options 2 & 3: Register to share the suite (shared bed) with one other alum or your spouse for $100.00 per person

If your guest is a fellow alum, please make sure they complete their own registration form as well.

If you would like to bring your children, please email Jason Oneida (joneida@crossroadinstitute.org) and Jack Bushell (jbushell@crossroadinstitute.org) so they can welcome you and plan accordingly!


Please prayerfully consider a donation to help reduce the overall cost of the retreat or support our alumni scholarship fund! We welcome and would be thankful for any additional support you are able to offer. A lower cost for the retreat may make it possible for us to offer more financial aid to alumni who would like to come, but have a financial barrier.

2) Submit a separate payment through our PayPal link. Again, please provide a comment about what your payment(s) is for: Registration Fee,  CrossRoad Sustainability Donation, or CR Alumni Scholarship Fund Donation.
I will attend the CrossRoad Alumni Retreat on March 1–3, 2024. I understand that by submitting this form, I am reserving a spot at the retreat for all retreat activities, housing accommodations for the nights of March 1 and March 2, as well as meals—dinner on Friday through brunch on Sunday. If I need to cancel my registration for any reason other than contracting COVID-19, I will notify CrossRoad at least two weeks before the event or forfeit my registration fee.
