In order to apply for the Level 5 Diploma, you must be in a Practice Leadership or senior position. By Practice Leadership, we are referring to those who support and supervise others in direct practice in order to develop their skills and understanding. You must also work in direct practice yourself on a regular basis and have meaningful contact with your focus person. If you are office based only in a senior operational role, the Level 5 in Practice Leadership would not be suitable.
