McLaren Racing Mentoring Programme 2024
Creative Accessand McLaren Racing are thrilled to be launching a brand-new mentoring programme for women at mid-career level from groups that are historically under-represented in the creative industries.

The McLaren Racing Engage programme, the first of it's kind in F1, is the team's flagship DE&I programme aimed at tackling the STEM skills shortage, addressing systemic inequalities and finding new ways to open pathways into motorsport careers.

Successful applicants to this mentoring programme will be mentored by senior staff working within McLaren Racing from creative and commercial teams including events, comms, partnerships and licensing & merchandising.

The programme is designed to be an equal partnership between mentors and mentees and mutually beneficial to both.

To help set new relationships for success, Creative Access will offer training at an initial meet and greet session to both mentors and mentees, as well as providing support and guidance through the mentoring partnerships.

This virtual mentoring programme will run for 6 months, with mentees and mentors meeting once a month, virtually, for 6 months from February to July 2024.

If you would like to submit your application in an alternative format (video application or audio application) please contact: richard@creativeaccess.org.uk.
