Seoul 2024 Satellite Site Host Registration

The Satellite Sites programme for Lausanne’s Seoul 2024 Congress is an opportunity to engage the congress through local communities around the world! Satellite Sites will mirror the on-the-ground programme for the Seoul 2024 Congress, capturing the salient moments of the gathering and delivering those to the sites. Even more importantly, Satellite Sites will enable local communities to engage with the global state of the Great Commission and in response take action.

Churches, workplace networks, agencies, and schools of different sizes are invited to host a site. This will enable each community to shape their Seoul 2024 experience in a way that will best serve their needs.

Payment Choice

Each site will be required to pay a registration fee of USD 100. We desire that no group be excluded, so if any feel unable to pay the fee, please contact satellitesites@lausanne.org. We invite those organizations and institutions with capacity to do so to give more. This will allow Lausanne to subsidize this fee for those who need financial assistance. Lausanne suggests the following:

Each church or group with over 100 members is encouraged to give the equivalent of at least USD 1 for each additional participant.
Each network, organization, or small group is also encouraged to consider what they can afford in light of their capacity.

In light of what is stated above about payment, what amount would you like to be invoiced for your registration payment? Invoices will be sent in early December or on submission of the form if submitted after initial invoices are sent. Each site will be given the option to pay in 1, 2, or 3 installments when the invoice is received.
