Personal Statement

Attach a personal statement of no more than 1,000 words. Include a brief history of how you have developed as a faith leader, your ministry, when and where you joined the Episcopal Church (or an Anglican Communion Church), and how this journey has led you to develop your proposed ministry project.

Applicants should describe their proposed ministry using the following points. ECF strongly recommends responding to each of the following points in order that they are listed below. The project outline may be a maximum length of 1,200 words.

Outline of the ministry and the need that it addresses
How this ministry develops your own leadership capabilities and the leadership capabilities of people at the congregational and/or community level
Examples of prior initiatives that you have led
Identify project goals and how the effectiveness of the project will be measured

Please attach a project budget outlining the estimated costs of the project and any other sources of funding. Please note the time period of the anticipated budget (e.g. one, two, or three years).

Please submit a video, no more than three minutes in length, which expresses the tangible ways in which your project will benefit the wider Church.
