Temporary Use Liability Insurance Policy- TULIP

Thank you for participating in SXSW 2024. TULIP is provided by Higginbotham Insurance and meets basic SXSW’s insurance requirements.

When filling out the form, be sure to choose the correct SXSW Participant Type from the drop-down menu. This will ensure that you are covered by the correct policy for your activity at SXSW.

Once you've purchased the Insurance, you will receive a Certificate of Insurance within 48 hours. SXSW will also receive a copy and you can mark that off your list of deliverables to SXSW.

Please fill out this form and follow the prompts to make a payment through PayPal. Each TULIP is a flat charge of $120.

By submitting, you acknowledge and agree that SXSW is not acting as an insurance broker on your behalf, SXSW makes no representations or warranties as to the policy purchased, and that you hold SXSW, its affiliates and its/their shareholders, employees, officers, and directors harmless from any claims arising from purchase of the policy. Your SXSW Participant Type is determined by your type of participation and the Department you are working with. If you do not know your SXSW Participant Type, please ask your SXSW contact.
