This Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking ("Sponsor”), located at 1031 33rd St. Suite #237 Denver CO 80205.
Eligibility:
The Amplify Live Event! Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees (including the immediate family members of such employees and/or those living in the same household of each such employees), and any entity involved in the development, production, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
a. Automatic Entry with event ticket reservation
To be automatically entered via free ticket reservation, complete the ticket checkout form online at combathumantrafficking.org/live and provide your name, phone number, and email address.
b. Alternative Method of Free Entry
To be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes via an alternative method of free entry, you may submit this form. All entries must be received before the end of the Entry Periods in order to be considered for the Drawing.
All entries are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded. If the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements listed above, their entry is automatically void. No donation or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. A donation will not increase the entrant’s chance of winning. There is a limit of one entry per eligible user.
Prizes:
A total of two winners will be selected and each winner will be awarded either: 2 tickets to Denver's Museum of Illusions (2 sets of tickets available) or 2 tickets to Denver Botanic Gardens Blossoms of Light PREVIEW Night. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and not exchangeable for any other prize. The sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
Entry Periods and Drawings:
The Winner(s) (“Winner”) will be selected in two separate random drawings from among all eligible entries collected during two separate entry periods. The first entry period ends on November 3, 2023 and the second entry period ends on, December 1, 2023. Drawings will be held the week following the entry periods at the Sponsor’s principal place of business. Both methods of entry described in these Official Rules will be treated with equal dignity, and no purchase, donation, or payment will increase an entrant’s chance of winning. The Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected from a separate random drawing.
Winner will be notified by telephone. Inability of the Sponsor to get in contact with the winner within 48 hours after selection, may result in a disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes will be sent to the winner through the mail no later than 30 days after winner has been notified and accepted.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements of the Official Rules.
