If you are disabled and looking for a fully trained service dog to provide support for your disability, please consult our Psychiatric Service Dog program and application to complete an application.
If you are disabled and looking to train your own dog as a service dog, please consult our Owner Trained Service Dog Program to complete an application.
If you have a pet dog that you would like to train as a therapy dog, please contact our partner organization, The Exceptional Pet.
