Collateral
In order to secure the loan, a blanket lien (UCC-1) will be filed on all business assets.   A blanket lien gives the lender a right to the assets if you default on the loan.

In order to fully underwrite the loan, other documentation may be required to support the application, such as a copy of contracts, letters of reference, leases, bank statements, credit reports, etc. These will be required as deemed necessary by SC Community Loan Fund.








Consent/Acknowledgement

Credit Check Authorization
By the consent below, you give SCCLF authorization to obtain a credit report using the information provided above. such authorization will extend to obtaining a credit file in considering the application of the credit applicant and subsequently for the purposes of update, renewal or the extension of such credit and for reviewing and collecting the resulting account, now and from time to time, as may be needed in the credit evaluation and reviewing process and waives any right or claim they would otherwise have under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in the absence of this continuing consent. Applicant agrees to pay the $25 credit report fee associated with this consent and application.


If applicable, please provide an explanation below of any Late Payments, Repossessions, Collections, Liens, Judgements, and Bankruptcies that you are aware of that occurred in the past 5 years.
Certification of Loan Application Accuracy
By checking the box below, Applicant certifies that the proceeds of any loan made as a result of this application will be used for business or organizational purposes only, and will not be used for personal or consumer purposes. Applicant hereby affirms that he/she does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, or age. Applicant hereby acknowledges that (1) no loan officer has authority to commit SCCLF to any loan without prior approval of the SCCLF CEO and (2) any loan commitment must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SCCLF. SCCLF is authorized to make all inquiries SCCLF deems necessary to verify the accuracy of this statement and to determine the creditworthiness of the business or organization. Applicant authorizes SCCLF to answer questions and inquiries from others seeking credit experience information about the business or organization.

Applicant gives permission to all creditors and references to give SCCLF any information it needs to make a decision in approving a loan facility.
