Loneliness and isolation is an epidemic. Evidence has found it can be as harmful to you as smoking 15 cigarettes a day.

As a disabled person you are more than twice as likely to feel isolated or lonely. We’re delving further into the research to find out why, and what can be done to tackle isolation and loneliness specifically within the sight loss community.
