Best to give us your personal email - work servers don't tend to like our epic emails. Don't worry, we won't spam you.

Don't worry, we'll only use this on event day, in the unlikely event that we are trying to locate you or update you with relevant last minute changes. Emergency use only, we promise.

We want to get a sense for how far you might be travelling to an event.

We'd like to know who you're representing – eg. name of your company, school or organisation. If you don't work for anyone (lucky you!), simply leave blank.

It's helpful to know what your day job is, so we know what hidden talents and skills you might have.

We would only share if it's applicable or requested.

Participating as a student/young person, not as a mentor or team lead.

Events typically run from 08:15 - 18:00.

Let's find your perfect role – the following questions will help us place you in a role best suited to your unique talents. For a full list of the event roles available, check out this document.

Tick all that apply. This will help us place our volunteers in roles that suit their skillsets.

We can't guarantee that you'll get one of these roles, but it's super helpful when pairing. See the document linked above for a full list of available roles.

We can't guarantee you'll be assigned this role, but we'll do our best.

We don't want to assign you to something you're not keen on, so it's helpful to know why you want something new.

Why not use your experience to help other volunteers on the day? A-Teamers are in charge of a group of volunteers on event day (eg. Lead Robot Inspector). They'll get up to speed through conference calls and online training leading up to event season.

Some volunteer roles could create a conflict of interest, so we just want to make sure.

We can't guarantee exact shirt sizes for each event, depending on availability and registration date, but we'll do our best. (Unisex t-shirt sizes)

Just so you know, some roles could require long periods of sitting or standing.
