Please complete the form to register your students for one of the events listed below.  Payment should be made via credit card during the final step. No registration is guaranteed without full payment.


If you are registering multiple students, they must all be from the same school. If the students are from different schools, please complete a separate form for each school.

Student Leadership Days are open to current fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth graders. All events will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 


Regular registration is $30 beginning January 1.  


If a location is listed as sold out, please contact us at 925.954.7048 regarding wait lists.


NOTE:  You will have a chance to view a summary of this registration when you submit. Please print or save that summary for your records!

PHOTO RELEASE
By clicking submit, you understand that photos / video may be taken of the students participating in activities, and may be used for TACSC marketing purposes.  No names will be used without permission. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

All students are responsible for transportation to and from the event.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
After you submit, you will be taken to PayPal for payment via credit card for the total for this form. All registrations will be valid after payment.
