Thank you for arriving at the Rising Tide Annual Member Survey. This survey is for aspiring or emerging mikveh initiatives. We are requesting that one representative from every member community of the Rising Tide Network please submit this survey.

What can I expect when I complete this survey?We estimate that it will take about 30 minutes to complete this survey. At anytime, you may save your progress on the survey, and resume it later at a personalized link sent to your email. Click "Save my progress and resume later" at the top or bottom of your window to do so. At the end of the survey, we'll ask you how long it took to complete and any feedback you have about this process.

If your mikveh initiative completed the survey last year, you will receive a copy of your responses so you can provide any updated or new information. Please note that some questions in the survey are optional. Questions with asterisks are required. We appreciate your participation in the survey to the fullest extent you are able.
How will this information be utilized and shared?
This survey will gather data, stories, and feedback from our members. Your responses will be read thoroughly by the Rising Tide Network staff. The information you share will help to shape future Rising Tide Network programs and resources. We are conducting this survey annually to track changes, updates, and new impacts each year.
The compiled data will be shared in a "Report of the Network" with all of our members. View the
2022 Annual Member Survey Report as an example.
Your responses will support our Network in the following ways:
- Advocate for increased resources from current and potential funders. The more data we have, the more we'll be able to boost resources for the Network while keeping costs as low as possible.
- Analyze trends, strengths, challenges, and best practices for open mikva'ot around the world
- Compile data about the impact of open mikveh to support with fundraising and grant writing
- Support new mikveh initiatives who need information about finances, practices, and programs for their planning
- Customize Rising Tide Network programs, webinars, and resources to meet member needs
- Add new resources from members to the Rising Tide Resource Portal
- And more!
The files you upload in this survey will be added to the restricted, members-only Rising Tide Resource Portal with "Private" settings, not to be shared publicly.
