ELIGIBILITY CHECK

 Your group needs to be registered with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland or other charity regulator within the UK or Ireland. If you are registered, your application must support people from Northern Ireland.
Your group needs to be newly set up to be eligible for this funding. The date you were formally set up is the date your constitution was adopted and signed. If this date is greater than 2 years, you may be eligible for support via our Community FLEX Programme
 Your total charity income needs to be less than £500,000.
 Your charity can only hold one grant from the Foundation at any given time. If you currently hold a grant, you cannot be considered for another grant until the evaluation process of your current grant has been completed. 
If the outcome of your last application was 'unsuccessful', you must wait 12 months before re-applying.
 In addition, you must follow the rules around the minimum number of Trustees/Board Members as set out in your governing document.

MENTORING SUPPORT
In partnership with our funder Lloyds Banking Group, we may be in a position to support you with a mentor. The Charity Mentoring Programme aims to provide a developmental partnership through which the Mentor shares knowledge, skills, support, challenge and perspective to foster the personal and professional growth of the Mentee to support the objectives of the Charity. It is a partnership based on trust and respect. Through building a development focused relationship, Mentor & Mentee explore issues together and this will result in new learning for both parties.

The Mentors have been drawn from a wide range of senior and experienced banking professionals who are all gifting their time to this programme.

PLEASE NOTE:  This form must be completed in full and submitted with all the supporting documentation before your application can be considered by the Foundation. 

Upon clicking PROCEED TO SIGNATURE you will be taken to a page where you can review the information you are submitting to us. You will also be asked to electronically sign your name either by using your mouse to 'sign' on the line, or by selecting the 'type your name to sign' option box. You must also provide a valid email address (this can be the same as you provided on Page 1 of the Application form). Once you are happy with the information provided and have filled out your ESignature for you can then click the Submit Signed Response button.
