Declaration of Eligibility:

 I am over 18 years old.

I am not disqualified from being a trustee by:

o   having an unspent conviction for:

o   an offence involving deception or dishonesty;

o   specified terrorism offences

o   a specified money laundering offence

o   specified bribery offences

o   contravening a Charity Commission Order or Direction

o   misconduct in public office, perjury, or perverting the course of justice

o   aiding attempting or abetting the above offences

·       being on the sex offenders register

·       having an unspent sanction for contempt of Court

·       being a designated persons (under specific antiterrorist legislation)

·       disobeying a Commission Order

·       being an undischarged bankrupt;

·       ever being removed from trusteeship of a charity by the court or the Commissioners for misconduct or mismanagement; and

·       being under a disqualification order under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986

Please note:

All Trustees will be required to sign a Declaration of interest form

All Trustees may be required to undertake a DBS Check


Please note that all nominated individuals will be contacted by the Chief Executives for a meeting with representatives from the Trustee Board.
