If you are receiving this message we are either sold out or almost sold out. We would hate to over sell this event and  disappoint anyone. DETAILS:
  • Price per person: Early Bird Price $60 per person. Sept.18th the price increases to $70 per person  
  • As this is a fundraiser, all donations are non-refundable, however tickets are transferable to another person for this event. 
  • Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Both must have a paid seat.
  • Space is limited to 70 people
  • FRIEND REQUEST GUARANTEE DEADLINE: Registration forms must be submitted for each person by Oct 1st to allow us time to make the seating chart. After that date we will try our best but cannot guarantee your request.

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Lunch: There are many places near by to get lunch, or you can brown bag it.
  • Soft Drinks/Water: Soft drinks/water will be available for sale.

Cancellation Policy
Crop for a Cause Cancellation Policy:  As this is a fundraiser, donations are non-refundable, however all tickets are transferable to another guest.  Please email us with the person's name and email so we can get all info to them. We reserve the right to cancel or move the event to another location.
