The Rev Summer Prototyping Hardware Accelerator is open to anyone with an idea for a physical product and a passion for entrepreneurship. Digital platforms, applications, and other software programs are not eligible unless paired with a physical product that you intend to develop in our program.

Rev's prototyping hardware accelerator is a 10-week program that takes place in Ithaca, NY, where teams can benefit from our on-site purpose-built prototyping shop.

Our prototyping accelerator consists of 4 tailored tracks:

Classic Track: Open to innovators in any field since 2014, Rev’s classic track provides foundational training across ALL industries.

ClimateTech Track: Climatetech startups are placed in a like-minded cohort, matched with clean energy and clean tech mentors, and learn from guest speakers in the field. Startups should be able to identify a reduction in Green House Gas emissions.

AgTech Track: Agriculture technology startups are immersed in specialized training and connected to experts and potential partners within the agriculture industry. Ideas can span from growing to food processing.

MedTech Track: Offered in partnership with Cornell Biomedical Engineering and Weill Cornell, the new MedTech track provides innovators developing medical devices access to specialized prototyping equipment, regulatory resources, and research and medical professionals in the field.

Companies/Teams can apply to only 1 track at a time. If you are interested in joining the ClimateTech, AgTech or MedTech Track, you must explain in the application below how your product "fits" within these industry tracks. If you are unsure which track to apply for, or if your product idea isn't track-specific, please select the Classic Track for now on your application.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through March 25, 2024/. Early decision applications must be received by February 16, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. If you have any questions, please reach out to Rev@RevIthaca.com.

Program Eligibility
