Hispanic Leadership Network Application 2024

The Hispanic Leadership Network program is a 10-month fellowship of

Hispanic Access Foundation (HAF) and funded by the Lilly Endowment. The fellowship directly supports pastoral leaders who seek leadership development opportunities as they deal with the pressures of balancing their family, congregation, and community.

Fellows will commit to a 10-month long program that includes:

Ten 90-120 minute learning seminars
Eight to ten monthly calls with leadership team
Participation in monthly peer mentor group
Participation in the national conference
Completion of the evaluation surveys
Engagement of their community in an event
