Up for Change, an initiative of the International Youth Foundation, collects information from program participants to monitor the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of programs for youth.  Information from surveys helps assess the program and find ways to improve future programs and may be used in the production of reports. Your responses are confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the program staff.


Participation in this survey is voluntary.   1.  Leadership: Skills like communication, teambuilding, conflict resolution, motivation, giving and receiving feedback, and negotiation that support a group pf people to achieve a common goal.
