Purpose: Learn more about one another


MODEL TYPE
Purpose: Align on the iEducate model type the school has chosen to execute.

Coordinator Model

Hybrid Model

Tutor provides pull-out tier 2 support through targeted small group (4 or fewer students) instruction during an intervention period.  In this model, the tutor is executing lessons that target students’ specific skill gaps 

Tutor provides targeted support to prioritized students (4 or fewer) during core instruction (e.g. supporting prioritized students in staying engaged, accessing core instruction and mastering the core lesson’s objective.)  

Tutor supports prioritized students  (4 or fewer) during core instruction and provides pull-out tier 2 targeted small group (4 or fewer students) instruction to their partner teacher’s students during an intervention period












SCHOOL AND CLASSROOM CULTURE

Purpose: Learn about school/classroom culture, policies, and practices






SCHOOL AND CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION

Purpose: Learn about school/classroom academic goals, clarify roles and responsibilities, meeting cadence/times and high-leverage instructional practices.
