Thank you for your interest in TNOYS’ 41st Annual Conference on Services to Youth and Families, taking place June 4-7, 2024! This year’s event will be in-person. Registration is open through May 20!

Registration Table
  • The conference will take place June 5-7 at the Omni Houston Hotel.
  • Attendees may register for the three-day in-person event or any single day.
  • Pre-conference institutes will take place on Tuesday, June 4 in Houston. If you plan to attend a pre-conference institute, please note that you must register for it using this form. Click here to learn more about the pre-conference institutes.
  • We are excited to welcome youth and young adults (YYA) ages 15-26 to attend the conference alongside youth and family services professionals! Use this form to register YYA.

Organization Information
Please enter the information of the organization with which you are affiliated. Please avoid acronyms where possible (example: Education Service Center Region 1 instead of ESC Region 1).  







Registrant Information
Click "Add Registrant" at the bottom of this section to register multiple attendees. We encourage young people with lived experience to attend the conference! A discounted registration rate applies to youth ages 15-26. If you need to register more than 15 people total, please email annualconference@tnoys.org so we can assist you.

















Special Events Attendance

Member Reception
We're hosting our annual Member Reception at the Omni Houston on Wednesday, June 5 at 6:00p.m. The Reception will host a celebration with TNOYS members registered for the conference, Member Award winners, and TNOYS' staff and YYA partners. 

Registration for the Member Reception is free for TNOYS members who register below. Join us for light bites, a cash bar, and networking!

Payment Information

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be received by Tuesday, May 28, 2024, for all registrants. If you have concerns about meeting this deadline, please email annualconference@tnoys.org after submitting this registration form.
Refund and Transfer Policy
If you need to make changes to your registration after it has already been submitted, you have the option to (1) transfer your registration at the same level to another person, (2) downgrade your registration (e.g. full in-person conference registration to a single day registration), or (3) request a refund. 

Refunds
Once payment has been made, the following refund schedule is in effect.
  • If cancelled or downgraded by April 10, 2024 = 75% Refund
  • If cancelled or downgraded after April 10, 2024 and on or before May 1, 2024 = 50% Refund
  • There will be no refunds after May 1, 2024.
Transfers
  • Registrations can be transferred at the same level to another person at no cost through May 20, 2024.

Billing Information

The billing contact will receive a receipt (if credit card payment) or invoice (if check payment). If you don’t receive this email you can reach us at annualconference@tnoys.org. If your organization requires a completed vendor packet, please email annualconference@tnoys.org after submitting this registration form.
