Legal Walk Risk Assessment Form

The same individual should complete the registration form and the risk assessment form.

The following form is a risk assessment of your scheduled Legal Walk that should be completed after you have selected a route.

You should note whether a risk is high, medium, or low. You should then consider the possible mitigation measures and mark "completed" once you have put any applicable measures in place.

You must complete this form no later than 3 weeks prior to your scheduled event in order to access the Legal Walks branding and imagery and to be eligible for our insurance.
