Brief Overview:
Emerging Leaders runs for a total of eight full-day sessions that are scheduled between September 2024 to April 2025. Our program is designed to accommodate those with full-time jobs and requires employer cooperation as well. For 2024-2025, we are seeking to admit 16 working professionals as program participants in our New York City cohort.
Participants must have 3-10 years of total full-time work experience, including at least one year in the nonprofit or public sector. They must also be currently employed in the nonprofit or public sector and have some degree of management responsibilities, including supervising full-time or part-time staff, interns, or volunteers. Program participants should expect to stay employed full-time during the program's duration.
