Course Description: Non-Competitive Eligibility (NCE) is a special hiring authority that allows U.S. ExchangeAlumni of specific U.S. government-funded exchange programs to apply to federal positions without competing with the general public. U.S. ExchangeAlumni of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, Critical Language Scholarship, David L. Boren Awards, and Peace Corps have the opportunity to utilize NCE to apply for federal jobs. Throughout this course, you will learn more about NCE and how you can leverage this unique opportunity to apply for federal jobs. While not all ExchangeAlumni programs are eligible, alumni are encouraged to take this course.
