If you're comfortable working with the public and using a laptop, this is a great opportunity for you! Event Cashiers are responsible for processing retail glass purchases. One cashier will be responsible for handling cash and check transactions, the remaining volunteers will process credit card payments using our online system. Cashiers will also help with the checkout process for the auction after the event. A training will be provided before the event (please arrive promptly), and lunch will be provided too.

If you like helping prepare for events this is the volunteer task for you! Volunteers will help set the tables, hang up signage, set up the auction and various tasks to make sure we are all ready for the event. The tables and chairs will be set but there may be lifting, walking, and some physical activity involved in this task. We may also need assistance with last-minute event prep items like preparing name tags for 500 guests and assembling silent auction packets.
