Goals:


Faith Leaders will:

  • Learn more about local farmers’ operations, experiences, and challenges to orient future partnerships.
  • Gain connections with farmers, faith leaders, and new resources that strengthen food ministries and/or farming operations.
Farmer and Growers will: 
  • Gain support and shared knowledge, expertise, and opportunities to increase farming operation capacity.
  • Make connections with governmental resources and staff (USDA, NRCS, FSA) and local faith communities.

Logistics:
  • Location: Metro Atlanta Urban Farm (3271 Main St., College Park, GA 30337)
  • Free lunch will be provided
  • Invited guests include USDA, NRCS, FSA, and other government officials.
