Please answer the following questions regarding your presentation with detailed information.

Note: Please provide at least two weeks notice to allow for scheduling and preparation for presenters. Additionally, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time; however, these requests can not be guaranteed. A member of the Office of Title IX Compliance will be in touch to confirm availability.

What topic of presentation are you requesting?

What additional information about the location of the presentation would be helpful for the presenter to know (e.g., directions, multimedia options, space advantages/restrictions)? Please know that it is the responsibility of the requester to reserve the appropriate space and technology/equipment needed and update the presenter should there be any changes to the location. The length of each presentation runs between 30 minutes to 1 hour but can be adjusted as needed.
