Operating License Insurance: Food Truck Vendors must provide the Chicago Defender Charities with a copy of their Operating License no later than 1 week prior to the event:

Insurance Certificate: Food Truck Vendors must also provide an Insurance Certificate naming the Chicago Defender Charities and the Chicago Park District as additionally insureds subject to a combined single limit of at least $1,000,000 (one million dollars) each occurrence and $1,000,000 (one million dollars) in the aggregate for bodily injury and property damage with regard to use at Washington Park. Insurance certificate is required by no later than 1 week prior to the event. Please upload insurance certificate below:

Photo Release: The applicant grants permission for the Chicago Defender Charities to use photographs and videos taken during the Bud Billiken Parade events for promotional purposes.

Vendor Agreement: By applying as a food truck or vendor for the Bud Billiken After Parade Festival on Saturday, August 10th, 2024. You confirm that you have read and understood the event information, agreed to comply with the requirements and have enclosed the $250 payment for the applicable fees. You also, agree to accept all responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, loss or other harm suffered by myself or otherwise due to my participation in the event. Further, you shall indemnify and hold harmless the Chicago Defender Charities and the Chicago Park District against all suits, claims, demands and losses including costs, expenses and attorney’s fees incurred as a result of any action or omission, neglect or misconduct of the Food Truck/Vendor.
