Booth Selection

ALL BOOTHS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INVENTORY: 
  • 8’ back drape and 3’ side drapes
  • One (1) custom booth sign; two (2) booth signs per shared booths
  • Two (2) chairs; four (4) chairs for double booths; four (4) chairs total for shared booths 
  • One (1) duplex power outlet, wastebasket, and bottle of glass cleaner and paper towels
Additional equipment will be available at an extra cost.

Only exhibitors who submit completed applications with deposit by 
June 30, 2024 will be included in the lottery.

E.g. booth drawn in the lottery with other exhibitor(s)
All exhibitors will be charged applicable booth fees payable to ABAA ($300 per full booth / $150 per half booth) and to ILAB (2.5% of booth fee).

The applicant must comply with all applicable Massachusetts state and local tax requirements, etc., and all applicable ABAA and ILAB rules and regulations

NOTE: All advertisements are subject to approval by the 
ABAA/Book Fair Committee.
ADVERTISEMENT SPECIFICATIONS
• Please provide artwork via email or hyperlink
• Artwork and layouts are acceptable as hi-res (300dpi) PDF files
• Fonts must be embedded or outlined
• Interior ads are black and white; back cover ad is CMYK

Payment
Upon submission of this form and during business hours, exhibitors will receive an invoice via email. We accept ACH payment and wire transfer (exhibitor must pay all wire fees) in US Dollars made payable to ABAA. Credit card payments are available by request and will be charged a 5% service fee. All check payments should be mailed and made payable to Capricorn Event Management

All applications are date-stamped when received. The booth lottery will be held in early July. Only exhibitors who submit their completed applications with deposit by June 30, 2024 will be guaranteed a space in the lottery. 

All booth assignments will be available online by mid-July, after the completion of the lottery. At that time further information (shipping, booth diagram, etc.) and booth equipment rental items will be available online. 

Exhibitor Cancellation 
Cancellation of exhibit space must be directed in writing to the Fair Management Office. The deposit, which accompanies this contract, is non-refundable after the registration deadline of June 30, 2024. If on August 31, 2024, or thereafter, the exhibitor gives written notice of its intention not to participate in the Fair, then all monies paid by the exhibitor to date shall be retained by Fair Management to cover expenses.
